Description
just one or two paragraph per question
researching financial information
- From the e-Activity, analyze one company’s financial position and determine whether or not the stock potential will rise, remain stable, or decrease in value. Determine whether you would invest in it or not at this time. Provide a rationale for your response.
- Assess how profitable the company has been over the past 5 years and determine how you would advise the company about its future profitability potential.
non cash compensation
- Analyze how non-cash compensation can be abused by management within a company and the related risks to the long-term stability of the company. After considering the potential for problems with this method of employee rewards, determine whether the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and justify your position.
- Make a recommendation to CFO of your organization about the least costly method to reward employees of these three, indicating how such a system will likely be perceived by employees. State your rationale for selecting the method.

Algorithm Pseudocode
Design an algorithm (using pseudocode) that takes in as an input, two 2-D int arrays that are assumed to be 2 black-and-white images: initialImage x, whose dimensions are IxJ, and finalImage y, whose dimensions are IxK. The algorithm will compare x to the y, row-by-row, as defined below. Your algorithm will employ a dynamic programming scheme to compare X to Y identifying the minimal difference between each row.Because you are working with black-and-white images only, you should assume that each image is a 2-D int array consisting of 2 possible values: 0 or 1, where 0 represents black and 1 represents white. Thus, this 2-D grid of 0 and 1 values comprise a 2-D black-and-white image. Each row of this image is then simply a 1-D int array filled with either 0s or 1s. Therefore, you must define how you will measure the difference between the strings of 0s and 1s in each row.Remember that you will do the comparison one row in the images at a time.First, compare X1,* to Y1,*. (Here X1,* is the first row in image X and Y1,* is the first row in image Y ). Next, compare X2 to Y2... Each one of these comparisons will require the construction of a D (distance) matrix. In the following example, the first row of X is X1,*, and the first row of Y is Y1,* = 00110.Use the following recurrence relation to develop your pseudocode:After the D matrix is completed, the minimum number in the bottom row is the minimal mismatch for this row. You will assign this value to the variable minVali. This number tells how different row X1,* is from row Y1,* . You will then repeat this comparison for all rows i and aggregate the difference when complete into variable totalDifference = Σi minVali. As a result, the algorithm will compare the total difference to a threshold value called thresh. If total value is above the threshold, the images are declared different, otherwise they are declared to be similar images. You can assume that the thresh variable is supplied as an input to your algorithm.Part 1Create a portfolio that includes all previous IPs.Part 2a:Design pseudocode for the image comparison algorithm discussed above, given input Images X, Y, and thresh. The output is a declaration: The images are similar, or the images are different.Part 2b:Discuss the optimality of the dynamic programming solution. Discuss the time complexity of this algorithm in terms of the size of the inputs X and Y.

Module 01 ContentIdentify a healthcare provider (urgent care facility, clinic, hospital, hospice or pharmaceutical company) that could benefit from a marketing campaign. Provide three reasons for choosing this organization and describe any image or public relation issues. Public-relation issues can include a negative public incident, poor reputation or recent fraud investigation. Finally, explain how a marketing plan can improve the image of the organization.Submit your completed assignment to the drop box below. Due 04/24/2019As you have become well aware, working with survivors of trauma will place you at risk for vicarious trauma. Trauma can occur individually or en masse due to a natural or human-made event. The news is filled with traumatic stories of refugees, asylum seekers, victims of sex trafficking, witnesses of mass shootings, and survivors of natural disasters. As mass trauma unfolds, social workers are asked to step in and provide both immediate and long-term support. To prepare: Identify a current event in the national or international news related to a mass experience of trauma. Post:Describe the current event and the types of trauma survivors with whom a social work may practice.Explain what you, as a social worker, would do to prevent or minimize risk of vicarious trauma when working with this population.Explain how an organization overseeing the work can contribute to preventative measures.

1. What kind of volcano is this? Based on what you know about that kind of volcano, do you think the sequence of events in the eruption in this movie makes sense? Why or why not?2. What were the major things the scientists in the movie were tracking to monitor the volcano's activity? Does this seem realistic? Why or why not?3. Think about everything Dr. Dalton put that red Forest Service truck through. How plausible do you think it is that the truck would have made it through each of those things? What about through all of those things?4. What do you think were the MOST and the LEAST realistic/plausible things about the volcanic activity in this movie?5. "Most of the citizens of the town of Dante's Peak were actually pretty lucky." What do you think about this statement? Tell me why you agree or disagree.
