Introduction
I am Mohammad, was born on 2nd of November 1986, in Al-Baha, Southern of
Saudi Arabia, but I grow up in Eastern Province. I completed my education at
Ras Tanura Schools going through elementary school to high school. I am
especially interested in chemistry, mathematics science and innovation. I am
working at Saudi Aramco Company Since 2007 and studying Mechanical
Engineering at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University. I am expected to
graduate on the first quarter of 2014/2015(Spring Semester). I have attended
some Workshops and Seminars related to self-development, continuing
education and short courses abroad on mechanical major in Saudi Arabia,
Bahrain, Qatar and United Arab of Emirates.

To finish Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering by the end of Spring
semester of 2014/2015.
To complete my study for a double Major which will be Comupter Engineering
and I planned to start in Fall Semester of 2015/2016.
To complete my study for a Master of Project Management Degree as of my
2020 plan.
To take a certificate in Aircraft Maintenance (short course) from USA, South
Dakota.
To take a certificate in Project management Program (PMP).
Enhance my English language by attending a short course in United State and
United of Kingdom.
To complete TOFEL test.
Competencies
Critical Thinking
As a general definition of critical thinking is focusing on how to solve problem via
simple logical methods. It is approached through a more advanced study of
arguments dealing with values , ethics, reality, causality, induction, and
deduction.

This assignment was part of critical thinking and problem solving course, I
subject contains the advantages and disadvantages of women driving in Saudi
Arabia . Also, some of opinions which collected through randomly survey.
I used some skills that assist me to develop “Women Driving in Saudi Arabia”
research topic . Basically, I opened a discussion to get the benefits with a critical
solutions that can certify the topic because women driving subject comes as a
new thing needs more critical thinking about it in Saudi Arabia society .
Determining the alternative energy resources.
The assignment explaining alternative energy resources that can use them in
Gulf Countries which I gave a whole picture about our life before , with and after
oil industry period.
I used open discussion method in this assignment to see the reaction of readers.
Also, I put some questions that can touch our feeling about the future
generations.
Leadership
Leadership is the willingness and ability to lead , manage and act professionally
with the followers . So, it involves inspiring to develop the people toward their
goals which should be implemented in work society or with family members.

In this Leadership in Organizations assignment shown what leadership requires
me to consider the nature of leadership in organizations and how to deal
professionally in the business environment.
I considered some real cases that happened in my worksite and the proper
methods that used to success and get a high achievements with the duties that
assigned to me and my group.
The success leaders.
The assignment aim is to concentrate on the old success leaders stories in
Petroleum Industry and how they became creative leaders and make different in
their companies.
I used motivation skills by highlighting some golden keys that can guide and
assist the beginners leaders to get the highest advantages of the old leaders
experiences.
The relationship between Planning, leadership and goals achievements
This assignment showing the lined relationship between a clear planning with
strict leadership that lead to implement and organize the goals of the project
properly.
Putting short and long term plans as a main skills that assist me to lead the
project effectively and implemented the goals within the planned date and time.
Teamwork
Teamwork is the initiative to work together in a group to achieve limited goals. It
needs skills that let the group members be a successful people because this skill
can be used in many areas like worksite, society or with family members.

This assignment was completed in the Learning Outcome Assessment I . The aim
is to explain and summary the comparison between strong and weak critical
thinking and traits of the undisciplined mind which show that fairness is the
important basic concept in our life .
The assignment required a good communication skills with a clear work plan .
Also, each member should have a proposal for his part in this assignment. By the
end , we got from this skills the highest knowledge achievements in a certain
time.
Car with Solar Cells Project
The main aim of this project is to add a valuable points on the major project of
statics and dynamics course. This project included two main parts; viewing the
design and components , and the steps to implement the project successfully.
This project improves our skills to use the real engineering materials and a lot of
scientific equations that assist us to measure the needed voltage and current to
generate the car correctly.
Communication
Communication is the main concept that give us ability to communicate and
deliver our feeling and desires to others which they can assist to achieve the
needs and the goals effectively. To success in this competency , you should have
a good skills in a public relation.

Regarding to the assignment, I added some ways that assist me to be effective
speakers in the worksite or the speaking club in Saudi Aramco and how to brake
the barriers that let you become a professional speakers.
I used technology in this manner to improve skills that need to be with each
speaker , especially when you communicate orally with others.
Relationship between language and communication.
In this assignment , I clarify the strong relationship between native language and
clear communication with people around the world wide and I added some
reasons that let me do not understand clearly some people react and behaviors
during the travelling period.
I used skills that explained the problem clearly and gave the solutions that can
assist me to solve these problem properly . I mentioned some traveler
suggestions to deal with these cases in the futures.
Technology.
The using of technology becomes a part of our daily life. So, each one of us has
the ability to use it positively to enhance knowledge , communication methods
and learning ways , especially, in the engineering and marketing fields.

In this assignment , MATLAB introduced as a high-level language and interactive
environment using for programming and numerical computation in the
engineering fields.
I used analysis skills in this MATLAB for a range of applications including signal
control system, test and measurement, processing and communications, image
and video processing, and computational finance and that can assist me to
collect data that need to add in the programming project.
Designing exercises using solid work
The assignment aims to improve using solid work application in Computer Aided
Design Course . This application assist me to know how to deal with designing
processing.
3D representation of a single design component skill was used in case I need to
design individual part and want to avoid errors before extruded the current
design.
Professionalism.
Respond honestly , act professionally , respect to your time management when
dealing with individual or other people in your life. This is lead to the level of
excellence that is expected of a professional person .

In the professional development path assignment, I considering the aims of development
in our life and how can effect directly on our thinking , attitude and behaviors.
