Description
Was money spent to facilitate the end of the Cold War worth the cost? If so, Why?
Explanation & Answer
Well, regardless what people think, I would say its a fair assumption to claim that the money spent was unfortunately worth the cost of war, and all its tragic outcomes. In terms of human lives loss, the answer would be no, yet, in terms of humanities survival, than the answer could be yes. Answering this question is a personal reflection on this topic, and, I don't have one. But, I'm grateful for being here, things could have been different.
