In the world where evolution of technology is on the peak, medical science is also seeing innumerable advances. Simple and intuitive electronic medical records software helps hospitals to get more reliable and efficient in the healthcare process and devote more time to satisfactory healthcare services (Huber, 2022). Continuous up gradation in healthcare activities can pull out healthcare organizations from inefficient traditional concepts and utilize technology/tools to perform efficiently and hence generate better quality results. Once I am working in the healthcare system, I plan on focusing to improve the quality of care within my organization in a couple different ways. One way in specific will be focusing on the patient's needs and expectations. Like patient safety, patient engagement, systems that support patient access, evidence-based care provision, patient-centered communication, and health literacy of patients (Taylor, et al., n.d.). Another way I plan on doing this is is focusing on care coordination as well. By doing this it will help provide a secure network of trusted healthcare providers and ensure smooth transitions between two or more healthcare providers (Taylor et al., n.d.). References Huber, D.
