Secondly, production of foods that contain increase of fats are a major reason for obesity. It is evident that people do not exercise hence fail to burn these fats in their bodies. This causes people to be overweight leading to obesity. The Increased production of readily available commercial foods lead to obesity.
The government should provide a policy that restricts private business and corporations produce. This is because most of the foods produced may be harmful hence pose danger to the health of many individuals. Government intervention will help to shelter people from any form of harm that might occur to them. Regulation will curb commercial factors leading to obesity.
