Question description

I am doing a science experiment involving acid rain. My question is; in an area effected by acid rain (such as the Northeastern US) is all the rain that falls in that area "acid rain" due to the high pH, or is some rain neutral? For example; If I like in an area where acid rain is a problem and it rains today and tomorrow, will both be "acid rain"?
