Yoga, is a discipline that encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual/emotional practices. They differ in the areas that each practices will target, however, as a whole, is was developed to allow individuals that ability to control their behavioral prescriptive. The relation can be effectively associated with Hinduism as this practice indulges in acceptance and patience. Primary example would be the mental aspect in which Hindus are obligated in viewing the world as a whole, as a single functioning unit that begins with accepting humans/nature in general. Hindus are expected in providing an open minded view to their practices and surroundings, however, all aspects of yoga are involved in their daily functions and will be applied according to the encountered situation or cicumstance.
