Description
Who should pay the fees to manage the individual investment accounts? It is known that the social security management systems is one of the most efficient federal programs paying a fraction of the fees common to individual investors.
Explanation & Answer
Well the taxpayers which is you and me pay for most of the countries social security funds for everyone else. But I feel the US government should be the ones who should pay for these funds mostly out of their pockets. Or even the individuals including investors. Actually the government is trying to come up with a reform for social security called privatization. So in this case workers would be funding their own benefits just for themselves by using their tax money and would receive it back with interest once they retire. Will it happen is the question? Until this point who knows?
