timer Asked: Nov 21st, 2014

Question description

Imagine you were in a leadership position. You can choose the context. Suppose there is a very important, highly technical group-wide task that the people you supervise/mentor are about to undertake. They are nervous, they need to cooperate and they need your leadership. Write a speech to motivate them.  After each line, in parentheses, indicate why you chose that line and how it reflects a motivator that was covered in either unit 1 or unit 3 and reference your answer). Incorporate at least 3 growth motivators (that is what the motivators are called in this unit 3 material). You need to reflect 6 total motivational sources in all. 30 points: 5 points per motivational source that is reflected in your speech.

I'll attach the powerpoints and info you need when you accept the bid
