Business Question
Prior to taking this class I really had no knowledge of Human Resource Management. But what I have learned is a lot of vital information that will help me when I decide to open my own business. I know that it will take a lot of process, thoughts, and learning what to implement into the company policy. How it will help my company grow and keep the employees that I hire happy so they will want to stay and work for me. The tasks can be hard and difficult sometimes, but when you have a set goal, things will fall into place and your business will grow. It can also help your employees know their strengths and their weakness. And help them advance in the company. Give them good incentives to go with the job when you hire them so they will look forward to coming to work every day. All of this works well if you have a good Human Resource team that you can count on to make things run smoothly. I have enjoyed this class and I hope others will get a lot out of it as I did. Continue to strive high and I truly enjoyed the class discussions.

unit 8 criminology theorys
In this unit, you have learned about organized crime and its effect on business. For this assignment, you will be furtherexploring this topic. First, read the following information about how legitimate business ownership may be used for moneylaunderingmethods.Dirty money can be added to the cash revenues of a legitimate business enterprise, particularly those that are already cashintensive, such as restaurants, bars, and rental stores. The extra money is simply added to the till. The cost for thislaundering method is the tax paid on the income. With companies whose transactions are better documented, invoices canbe manipulated to simulate legitimacy. A used car dealership, for example, may offer a customer a discount for payingcash, and then report the original sale price on the invoice, thus explaining the existence of the extra illicit cash. A slightlymore sophisticated scheme may allow a criminal to profit twice in setting up a publicly traded front company with alegitimate commercial purpose—first from the laundered funds commingled with those generated by the business, andsecond by selling shares in this company to unwitting investors. Then, compose an essay that analyzes the following issue. What legitimate criminal justice procedures may be used to interrupt the money-laundering methods described herein? In your answer, be sure to describe how organized crime entities use legitimate businesses as financial fronts. Also, analyze and argue your proposed procedures addressing both the positive and negative consequences of theirimplementation.Your essay must be at least two pages
