Question description

On its way out of the Prague station, a train locomotive is accelerating two (frictionless) cars at 0.239 m/s2. The first has a mass of 10.3 Metric tons (10.3×103 kg), the other 18.7 tons. Find the tension in the coupling between the engine and first car.
