Question description
have a Wordpress theme and i wish to make a sticky rolling header. As i see in the most of website that use the sticky header it look like 2 header ,one is the normal absolute/relative situation , and the another one it when you scroll it pops up and stick/fixed to your screen,in additionally they have a special effect when it becomes from the absolute to fixer (the other header when you rolling). SO HOW CAN I DO IT? (Tutorials,A ready One)?
