Question Description

you purchase a used truck from a car lot. it seems like a good deal and the dealer provides a carfax report along with all past maintenance records. you tell the dealer that you are buying the truck to haul your two horses to horse shows around the country, and in fact, are heading to a show that weekend. murphy's law catches you on the drive and the engine block cracks after a few miles. the tow truck driver looks at the truck and says "i cant believe you tried to pull those horses with that truck. you're lucky you got that far" you want the car dealer to "take care of you." what legal arguements might you make and why.
