I can not figure this out I have tried all these answers 

1st problem

(2a^2)(/b^5)  * radical 7

(2a^2 * radical 7)/(b^5) 

2nd Problem 

x Radical(4) 5y^2

By radical 4 I mean that the little spot that is normally two has a four in it.
