I have a resultant vector and i need to break it apart into 2 vectors

Question description

I have a problem and i have the resultant vector of vector A and B. I need to find the magnitude of both A and B. The resultant vector is 7.5m long with an angle of 54.2 degrees from . Vector A is 29 degrees from the x-axis. Vector B is 19 degrees from the head of the resultant vector when head to tail with vector A(head to head with the resultant vector). Any help would be appreciated.
