The equation you wrote "-16 (3.3) ^2+ 3.3 v0 +3" is good but you forgot to set it =0. With that equation you must solve for v. Unfortunately the number you wrote for v is incorrect; it is not 105.6 ft/sec You also forgot to use the x=-b/2a to find time, and then use that time to find height
