How can you tell if a covalent bond is polar or nonpolar by looking at its lewis structure
Question Description
im learning about lewis structures in honors chemistry and we have to look at this molecule and tell if its polar or nonpolar and I don't know for sure. I look up their electronegativity and do the differences but doesn't their shape have something to do with their polarity? like if theyre symmetrical they are non polar if they aren't then theyre not then they are polar? help please
