organizational systems

timer Asked: Mar 6th, 2015

Question description

A model of any complex human system (e.g., organization) is inherently limited, yet often can provide invaluable insight for change initiatives. When creating a model or map of a system, what are 4-5 key considerations to keep in mind? For example, how might you determine the boundary of the system you are examining? Is there ever a “wrong” version of a system model/map? Support your responses using course materials and possibly outside resources.
