( professors reply to # 3 reply) " First, it is good to consider the size of the trainee, the information required and so that the evaluation can get information from every corner of the company".  There are a lot of factors that should be considered.  The sized of the training can make a difference.  If at all possible you want to keep a training equal.  If you have the ability to "Pilot" the training first that is Ideal. If you do not, then I would keep the first scheduled training.  My organization just started this process and it is been received well.  It keeps the classroom more operational in terms of training.
