Question Description

The planning process group seeks to “establish the project scope, refine objectives, and

define plans and actions to attain objectives” (PMBOK cited in Kloppenborg 2018, p. 10).

This assessment seeks to build your understanding of some of the key work processes,

deliverables and tools within the planning process group and practice applying them to a
