I'm working on a calculus question and need support to help me understand better.

A large tank initially contains 45 gallons of water. Water is being pumped into the tank at a constant rate of 10 gallons per minute and water is leaking out at a rate of gallons per minute, where 't' is the time in minutes. How much water leaks out of the tank in 4 minutes? What is the total amount of water in the tank after 4 minutes?
