You may want to review the case study as you complete this assignment. Create a 1- to 2- page project scope using your case study. It should list stakeholders, project goals, background on the project, cost estimate, and expected time to completion. You can assume that the project will take 5 months with an initial cost estimate of $150,000. Create a 1-page monthly cost estimate for this project using spreadsheet software. Use the work breakdown structure (WBS) in the case study and document your assumptions in preparing the cost estimate. Assume a labor rate of $100 per hour for the project manager and $60 per hour for other project team members. Assume a labor rate of $100 per hour for any outsourced work. Labor costs for users are not included, and there are no additional hardware costs.
