Question Description
The conclusion for a test statistic is either to "reject the null hypothesis" or to "not reject the null hypothesis". A good statistician NEVER "accepts the alternate hypothesis". Explain the reason you either "reject the null hypothesis" or "do not reject the null hypothesis". Explanation should be at least 5-7 sentences.
