Question description

Let's say you freeze a bottle of milk quickly in the freezer so that it becomes a solid in a short time. Once its taken out and the solid milk starts to thaw, how does the liquid taste like when it just thaw?

Why? Use a phase diagram

What is the concentration of milk in the liquid when it first thaw?

How does milk concentration change in the solid as it melts continuously and please describe the taste when you drink the liquid?

Can you obtain pure water from your milk? How?

Could you obtain pure milk from the freezing method?
