Proposal Letter
This research proposal letter will be directed to an audience who can create change (Congressperson, business administrators, or other similar audience.) In the proposal, you need to suggest a change or a solution to a current problem. As you have already chosen a topic for your research proposal letter in Topic 6 and conducted an interview that will become one of your sources for this letter, you do not need to choose a topic. You must use the same topic that you began researching in Topic 6, and you must use your interview as a source. Your research proposal should be presented in a letter format including the following information: • Your mailing address (Note: For privacy reasons, you may opt to not disclose your mailing address when you submit your letter to our graders for review; however, should you choose to mail your letter to your chosen recipient, you will need to include your mailing address, as this is a customary business letter practice.) Note that a formal letter does not require your name in the header. Your name will go at the end, with your closing. • The date you wrote the letter • A name and mailing address for the individual to whom you are writing the letter • A greeting or salutation • A closing and your typed name (Note: A written signature is optional for your submission, but should you choose to send your letter, you would need to include your written signature between the closing and your typed name.) Scroll to the end of these instructions for an idea of how you should format this assignment. To organize this information, follow the format included in the course site in the “Assignments” area. For your proposal, follow this organizational framework: For your researched proposal, follow this organizational framework: • Introduction: The Problem Identify the problem, including researched information to explain it fully. You may devote more than one paragraph to describe the problem if needed. To determine the extent of the information you must provide about the problem, consider the letter recipient’s understanding of the problem. • Body: Your Proposal Explain the specifics of your proposal. What are your solutions to solve this problem, step by step? What is the cost? How is this cost incurred? What ideas do you have for funding your proposal? Justify your proposal. How will your proposal solve the problem? Why is this proposal feasible? Concede or refute the counterarguments: Will the letter recipient have certain preconceived ideas about the subject? How can you address these counterarguments without diminishing your argument?
The study involves the significance of undertaking marketing to endorse the company to sell off the new iPhone. IPhone production in the world of innovative technology has increased, and new phones are on the loose into the market daily. The customers are not able to distinguish the difference in smartphones (Sylvain, 2013). During the research I conducted, I came across middle-aged women, and I requested them to describe the features of the phone they want to buy. I was amazed by the reply they gave me they said any smartphone would work for them as long as they can be able to call or receive a call. Their response shows that a certain percentage of iPhone users do not understand the added features of the iPhone, which can ease their day to day life. They're also a group of users who understand the iPhone features and use them to promote their businesses. Sylvain describes the emerging development of demand and supply of iPhone in the market. He explains that the demand is directly related to the product market done. In this proposal, I have come with several ways in which we can promote the iPhone sales. Firstly, I propose that during the announcement of the new iPhone launch we should invite media people from all over the world these will ensure that the iPhone information has reached many people globally as stated by Bermudez. Additionally, we should invite a lot of people during the launch and allow the people to operate the sample of the iPhone and learn its new features. Secondly, because our main target market is the youths, we will come up with a site on the internet which will used to describe the highly touted features of the phone and how to use them. In this platform we will also provide services like ordering the product online and delivering to the customers (Bermúdez, 2014). We will answer the questions for the concern customers and receive their feedback about the product. Lastly, we will perform a roadshow in different areas like the market where there is a mixed population of buyers; this ensures that all potential buyers receive the information. The cost of this proposal is 1.05 million dollars. $ 0.7million will be used to organize the launch process, $0.3million will be used for delivery expenses, to open and run the website, and $0.05 million will be used to fund the roadshow expenses. I suggest that allow investment from the outside business and offer a 10% share of the profit after one year of learning the project. The project is achievable within one year. As a result of increasing technology use in the world, most people believe that marketing is no longer needed since people will come across the information in one way or the other. This theory is not entirely true; for example, consider the population of people aged 40years and above, most people from this age gap don't use the internet, and therefore they will not receive the information. Also, most people consider the additional value a product will give if bought, and the only way to obtain distinct information about the new iPhone is if someone reaches out to them. Therefore marketing is the key to promoting the sales of a product. The main aim of a business is to make a profit. The integration of the new proposal into the purchase of the original product will increase its popularity globally, hence a sale increase of more than 60%. Marketing will increase business profit and also promote the company.

Delta State University Week 3 Mental Status Exam for Carl Diagnostic Summary
APA FormatTimes New RomanCover and Reference Page Double Space 12 font Cite if needed WEEK 3 ASSIGNMENT Assignment: Conducting a Diagnostic Interview With a Mental Status ExamBefore moving through diagnostic decision making, a social worker needs to conduct an interview that builds on a biopsychosocial assessment. New parts are added that clarify the timing, nature, and sequence of symptoms in the diagnostic interview. The Mental Status Exam (MSE) is a part of that process. The MSE is designed to systematically help diagnosticians recognize patterns or syndromes of a person’s cognitive functioning. It includes very particular, direct observations about affect and other signs of which the client might not be directly aware. When the diagnostic interview is complete, the diagnostician has far more detail about the fluctuations and history of symptoms the patient self-reports, along with the direct observations of the MSE. This combination greatly improves the chances of accurate diagnosis. Conducting the MSE and other special diagnostic elements in a structured but client-sensitive manner supports that goal. In this Assignment, you take on the role of a social worker conducting an MSE.To prepare:Watch the video describing an MSE. Then watch the Sommers-Flanagan (2014) “Mental Status Exam” video clip.
