Technology procurers at a company that purchases smartphones for its employees to use for work-related tasks wants to study whether it would be helpful to purchase backup batteries. The procurers estimate that the batteries would be useful if the power remaining in the devices after 4 hours of use is less than 50%. They collect devices from a random sample of employees after 4 hours and measure the remaining power. The test that the power remaining is less than 50% has a p-value of 0.46. At the 0.05 level of significance, what conclusion should be made?
