Hi, I'm looking for
help in adding the following features to my program:
1- My problem is I'm
not getting the accurate result for the D value it should be D= 244.8My problem
is I'm getting D= 229.3 whereas it should be D= 244.8 and eveytime I
change the fitting equation I get different value.(please see the attached
fitting equation) when I used 0.1 to represent the (r/z)2 I got D= 229.3
whereas using (1/3)**2 gave me D= 298.so I hope you could figure out what's
wrong I'm doing and how do I have to write this equation to get D= 244.8 or if
you catch another error within my program ,please let me know.
Also , I need the
following features to be added:
1. Adding a background signal and
make it flexible to change its value from the GUI.
2. For the particular file I will
send I need the D value to be
244.806 with background signal = 0.000078 .
3. In my corrMath.py file I have
FCSCorLen=100 what I need to do is make it flexible to skip some points like,
skipping the first point by entering 1 in the box assigned for this task in the

file and run the guiFront.py you will get the GUI window hit open and choose

and then fit and you will see the D value that I'm talking about.
