I had to redo this What is the probability you get atleast one you don't like
Question Description
In a box of 12 chocolates, there are 8 pieces you like and 4 you don't. suppose you choose three of them.
A.) what is the probability you don't like all 3=0.018
b.) What is the probability you like atleast 1? =0.9629
c.) What is the probability you get atleast one you don't like.
I asked part c but classmates told me I was wrong when i showed them
p.s it's either this way 1-(8/12)^3 or this way 1-C(8,3)/(12,3)= similar how I got the first answer
the results are similar #1. I got 0.7037 and,#2. 0.745
