Question Description

Read the name of a file and then open it for reading. Read the name of another file and then open it for output. When the program completes, the output file must contain the lines in the input file, but in the reverse order. Both files must reside in a folder different from where your Python program resides.

steps to follow 

a)  Read a line from a file

b)  Write a line to a file

c)  Create an empty list

d)  Grow a list with content from a line

e)  Loop once for each element in a list
