Sheltered English Instructions are instructional approaches engaging the English learners
above the beginning levels in the developed grade leveling content area of knowledge and
academic proficiency (Paradowski MB 120). In the sheltered English Class, the teachers embrace
the use of direct, clear and simple English with a broad range of scaffolding methods in
communicating a meaningful content to the learners. On the other hand, Bilingual Education is a

a broad definition, there can have two meaning either by students or teachers for various
