I’m studying and need help with a Programming question to help me learn.
You are given 3 bins each containing 3 numbers. The first number is the number of red balls, the second, the number of green balls and the third, the number of blue balls. You are to move the minimum number of balls to get all the balls of one colour in each container. Your output should be the final colour of each bin along with the minimum number of balls uses. Use arrays and methods.
Eg:
5 10 5 20 10 5 10 20 10
Bin 1 has 5 red balls 10 green balls and 5 blue balls etc.
Your output:
B R G 50.
