this might be a strange question but I think it does deal with chemistry and I need help answering it.. I want to make my own soda that will one day become very successful. I realize a lot of chemicals in sodas are used to prevent bacteria from growing or artificial sweeteners like phosphoric acid, potassium benzoate and citric acid? my question is how much of each of these substances is to much before becoming dangerous? lets say in a normal 12 ounce soda can?
