Question Description

I need help with a Programming question. All explanations and answers will be used to help me learn.

Hi, I've used an Ajax Php Contact form using phpmailer on a new website I'm creating and it seems to work fine but then it doesn't. Throughout the trials I've done it sends the e-mail which I receive with everything looking great, and it will work a few times but all of a sudden i try it again and then it gives an error message saying it can't send it, then an hour or 2 later it starts working again. I'm not sure if this is some sort of spam protection blocking continuous messages from the same sender, I've tried and got the same problem working from a different computer but on the same internet connection. Can someone please shed some light on this? I have searched endlessly for hours and hours and found no other references to this sort of behaviour. Please help. Thnx in advance.
