All rooms en suite with a kitchenette and houses two students per room. They are contemplating renting them @ N150,000/annum. Which is the prevailing rate for self contained rooms around the school. <br>They want a business viability document / business plan prepared for their "would be'' financiers to highlight the viability of the investment.
