I was about to hit enter for a prepaid question. Khrushchev was a cold war politician, whose defense policy was based on missiles. Khrushchev may deserve a Nobel prize in peace because of his negotiation with Cuba to withdraw their missiles and with the US not to invade Cuba in the 1960's.
