This is not a discussion question! I need some one to respond to this person. The class is Compensation and benefits Business class. Here the person discussion:Discussion 2 Brandon Vinson Email this Author 9/19/2015 5:40:03 AM The compensation strategy will always reflect the business goals for the simple fact that money has to be paid out for compensations and for business objectives. For example, many companies had to change up their strategies some due to introducing health care for all employees. This led to some layoffs, decreased benefits, higher sales goals and quotas to meet the bottom line profits. Also some the employee benefits given may result in going with cheaper providers and changing doctors. The compensation strategy will fit into the budget but will be offset by with different sales/operation goals.
