# Escaping a Tower with Stones

Question description

The King and his two children are imprisoned at the top of a tall tower. Stone masons have been working on the tower and have left a pulley fixed at the top. Over the pulley runs a rope with a basket attached to either end. In the basket on the ground is a stone like the ones used to build the tower. The stone weighs 35 kg. the king figures out the the stones can be used as a counterbalance- provided the the weight in either basket does not differ by more than 7 kg. The king weighs 91 kg, the princess weighs 4 kg, and the price weighs 42 kg. How can they all escape from the tower? P.S. They can throw the stones from the tower to the ground.
