1.) I was not treated fairly in the work place and got fired because they thought I was not doing a great job. But intact the other old lady that trained me was not doing a great job by entering wrong info in the system. 

2.) I been working overtime but the employer did not pay me for over time since I started working with X company.

3.) I did not received training whatsoever.

4.) This employer is very unprofessional they practice their religion with out even thinking other employees.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing today to complain about my  unfair dismissal from your being accused falsely of not performing my duties as required while, in real sense ,the mistake arose from the inaccurate entries by Mrs old lady

While working at your company,I did not receive initial training required to execute my duties at my former position. in addition to poor training programs,i was severally overworked and was denied overtime remuniration for my services.

the working conditions that you company provide are not conducive as you have been disregarding my and my peers religious orientations and have been imposing your religious practices on us
