  1. Trust Worthy - During interviews, candidates sometime share sensitive and important information. A HR profession should keep them private.
  2. Self Discipline - HR managers are the set pacers. set the rule and follow them. Others will do the same.
  3. Good coaches and mentors - Help the employees develop their careers by offering them insights on how to do so. Help them develop their lives for self elevation.
  4. Expert in their own career - Have the ability to theorize situations and able to politicize them it any given moment. They need to be analytical and have proper data projections.
  5. HR professional should be able to compare performance and situations but don't compare individuals. Avoid analyzing peoples behavior
  6. Time management efficiency - Can be done by setting time frames and meeting the set goals.
  7. Able to make the right choice when met with virtually same options i.e. He/she should maintain clarity of thought
