Question description

The trade-offs of qualitative or quantitative research are depth interview, focus group and hybrid techniques. Focus group is the best trade-off because it helps to get real results from real people.  Depth interviews involve one-on-one, which allow the individual to go into depth about why they like the product. The hybrid techniques can combine individual, group, and observational. The technique interviews two or three friends together to get their opinions on the products.

I am a manager of a small start-up company and on a tight budget; I would use the hybrid technique. The hybrid technique would let me interview several people at one time and it will help me save money on the budget.
