Organisms that are both eukaryotic and autotrophic are higher level plants such as mosses, ferns, and flowering and aquatic plants.  All higher plants contain the organelle CHLOROPLAST.

Chloroplasts are the only organelles that create energy from inorganic materials such as sun light, carbon dioxide, and water.   

Autotrophic eukaryotes that generate their own food from inorganic materials use chloroplasts to create organic compounds for them.  Some autotrophic prokaryotes generate energy from sulfur compounds and thermal energy without chloroplasts.
