Description
Many consider "storming" to be the most stressful phase of team development - do you agree? What is storming? Can you give an example of a time you have been through this stage with a team?
Explanation & Answer
Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!
I agree that storming is the most stressful phase of team development. Storming is the second stage of development when group members get to know each other better.
As a soccer player, storming is inevitable. As the team captain I would lead the players to storm and know each other better and come up with new formations and defensive measures.
