In the recent global world, there has been a push for the formation of coalitions. Such
coalitions have deemed to be significant for various sectors, among them being countries,
political parties, and trade organizations. Stakeholders have also formed coalitions where
different stakeholder come together with differing ideas and unite to meet their specific goals
as a unit. In the coalition, decision-making processes, sharing of ideas and identity are some
of the core implements that the merges would aim to achieve in the long run. Through group
