Explanation & Answer
Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!
Your reaction to the fear of public speaking is associated through your conditioned stimulus.
Your fear of public speaking in association with the neutral stimulus is that your fear is not yet conditioned in the process so your response of interest or lack there of has not yet been naturally brought up or created through a response stimulus.
Through your unconditional stimulus, your unconditioned response has been elicited without any type of previous conditioning. It is through your conditional stimulus where your neutral stimulus has been or became awakened or conditioned through the repeated fear and it's pairing with you unconditional stimulus. This in turn elicits the conditioned response of behaviors that are associated with fears and develop your fears of speaking in public.
