**Question description**

hello. this is Emma . I have been having problems with rational numbers and decimal expansion. see I get how you find the answer I just don't understand how to round it to the nearest thousands place. example- 5/8 well that's 0.625 but now im having problems. the thousands place is where the 0 is and the number to the right determines if the add 1 or stay the same. well you add 1 because it is over 5. so now it would be 2.000 right? see I have been having problems with that. everytime it says im wrong. im so confused. and the video on acellus doesn't show how to round to the nearest thousands place. please message me back as soon as you can. I have been stuck on this for 5 days
