What is the diagnosis?
Question Description
A woman comes to you for an
initial interview. There is no history of drug or alcohol issues. There are no
indications of hallucinations or delusions which would indicate a
psychosis. She seems confused and gives
wrong answers to simple obvious questions such as, “How many legs does a dog
have?” Her answer was 5. What is your diagnosis and why? Is there any further information you may need
to make your diagnosis?
