I need each 150 words they are three. So at least 450 words in total.
Example but mine is long
Literature review (150 words each)
Example; Teacher quality has been the topic of many conversations most recently because
schools and students are in danger of failing, but this is all because of poor teacher quality.
The NCLB Act provides a specific strict obligation to improve the education of teachers
which seems to be unstandardized according to the grading scale used. The NCLB Act
stresses how each core curriculum teacher has to be well educated in all subjects they may
teach. These rules are very important for teachers in order to be a quality teacher. This
study completed by Emma Smith (2008), “draws upon school-level data for the state of
California, examine the progress that this state is making towards meeting NCLB's
mandate, and also the role that teacher quality can play as a determinant of school
success”. The conclusion to the problem is that “California has a well-qualified and highly
experienced teacher workforce which is relatively equitably distributed among the states’
institutions; while on the other hand, the distribution of California's students appears to be
less fair, with students from poorer homes and certain ethnic backgrounds being
disproportionately represented in the state's least wealthy and least successful schools”
(Smith, E. 2008). A second solution offers that “finding that it is student background
factors rather than teacher quality characteristics that are the key determinants of school
success also brings into question the extent to which requiring teachers to improve their
subject content skills will really help close the achievement gaps” (Smith, E. 2008). There
were no aspects of this study missing and every bit of information was right on point. There
is a great deal of information I can use from this article and it is presented in a very neat
manor with one topic flowing right on to the next.
