How do you compare the means

timer Asked: Dec 3rd, 2015

Question description

help comparing the means to see if they are statistically different.

I have the info for 4 groups
1. 6 6 7 5 7 6
2. 5 8 5 5 5 6
3. 6 3 2 3 4 3
4. 3 5 3 4 5 4
I have put them in my calculator to find that p=.0008 with the significance level = .05 then I found q=3.958
and that is where my teacher left me so where do I go from there I do not know what I am supposed to compare. I ran the anova test to find p so I know I reject the null that they are all different. But then she said that I was supposed to compare to q but idk what I am supposed to compare to q.  Can you help me from here because I know the answer is that 1 is not significantly different from the mean of 2 but I do not see how to reach that .......

please help
