CRM Use Case and Integration
OverviewThere are many different CRM platforms available. Some are cloud-based, others are locally hosted. Some are designed around integrations and other business process or enterprise-level activities while others are solely CRM systems. Some have mobile capabilities, portal integrations, push services (e.g., email, text), and offer real-time analytics decisions at or beyond the point of sale based on customer profile. There are many popular CRM systems that often require a six-figure investment (HubSpot, Oracle CRM, Salesforce, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Zoho Office Suite, BPM Online, NetSuite CRM, etc.). Each platform has different uses, focal points, integrations, and capabilities. But, there are also free CRM platforms available that are open source and extremely powerful. AssignmentChoose three (3) paid CRM systems and (2) open-source, or free, CRM systems. Compare and contrast the five (5) chosen systems, identifying their similarities and differences in a single document by creating a comparison chart.

MHA 643 Belhaven University How to Overcome Adversities Discussion
Prompt: Proverbs 24:10 says, “If you are slack in the day of distress, your strength is limited.” What do you do when you are faced with adversity?
Reply to:
Matthew 6:25-27(KJV) says, “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?” Adversity is an inavoidable part of life. The most powerful tool I use when I face adversity is prayer. Prayer is the way I have conversations with God about the challenges I go through from day to day. I often hear people say that "God helps those who help themselves." I feel this is true in a sense, but I would reword that cliche to God blesses our efforts. When I pray, I pray that God blesses my efforts to overcome the stressors and problems I face, whether it be a change in routine, or addressing my problems directly or indirectly. For example, I had a friend who was battling anxiety, and she had become frustrated when the only advice she was given was to "give it to God". Anyone with anxiety knows "giving it to God" is not a complete answer. Sure, prayer is necessary, but what you do when you leave your knees matters just as much. Healthcare financial managers will surely need lots of prayer, just from the enormous amount of pressure their superiors place on them to succeed. Managers should seek God's guidance in leading their team to make concise and informed judgement when handling financial operations of a healthcare firm, and when problems arise, as they will, ask God to bless the efforts they make to remedy the problem in the most effective way possible. "I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth" (Psalm 121:1-2).100 word reply either agreeing disagreeing or relating to
