How will I write a stack implementation based on this interface

timer Asked: Dec 8th, 2015

Question description

My task is to write a fully featured Stack implementation based on the interface below. I'm studying computer science at university but I'm a novice and dont know too much about the course so would really value some help in how to do this. This doesnt count towards a final grade so could be grateful if someone could do it and then tell me the logic behind it.

public interface IStack

{ public Object pop() throws StackEmptyException;

public void push(Object o);

 public boolean isEmpty();

public int size();

public void clear();

1.Begin by writing an Exception class, called StackEmptyException. Your exception class should be a subclass of the RuntimeException class..

2. Write an implementation of the IStack interface, called Stack. In the event that the user tries to pop() from an empty list, your class should generate an appropriate exception. Your stack should be backed by an array of Objects that should be resized in the event that it becomes full.
